Feature attributes are identified using analytical and soft copy photogrammetric compilation methods. Automated GIS processes supplement the photo identified feature attributing with the numerical parameters.
Graphical elements are topologically clean as the majority of the linework is intended to create closed boundaries or polygons. The linework represents physical features existing at the time of data collection.
All features of this type photogrammetrically identifiable within the Ramsey County coverage are included.
This data meets or exceeds the National Map Accuracy Standard (NMAS) - 1/30 of 1 inch at map scale. Tested 2.5 feet horizontal accuracy at 95% confidence level.
Not Applicable as it pertains to a two-dimensional ArcGIS dataset. However, during feature compilation the vertical accuracy meets NMAS - 1/6000 of flight height above mean terrain.
This layer contains a polygon representation of miscellaneous features. The data was created using stereo-optic tools by an external vendor based on 6 inch stereo-imagery collected in March of 2015. This data was reviewed and updated as needed from aerial imagery captures in the spring of 2017.
